When is The Knight expected to open?

• We are expecting construction to be completed by early Spring 2018. Pre-leasing is already in progress and suites are filling up fast!

What is the monthly rent cost for each layout?

• Studio suites will start at $1100 per month.

• One bedroom suites will start at $1300 per month.

• One bedroom + den suites will start at $1400 per month.

• Two bedroom suites will start at $1700 per month.

• Two bedroom + den suites will start at $1850 per month.

• Three bedroom suites will start at $2000 per month.

What is included with rent?

• Heat, hot water, parking

• We will allow up to 2 cats per unit but at this time, we will not allow dogs and caged animals or reptiles.
